Talk. Listen. Learn.

At Converser we’re building a mobile CRM and communication platform that allows brands, businesses and app publishers easily deploy two-way customer communications embedded in their mobile app experience. With over 500 million smartphone devices in the market, mobile apps are the new battleground for customer engagement.

Each day, people spend more time in mobile apps than in print, radio or desktop browsing. Yet practically every communication with mobile app users happens outside the app. We believe the main reason is that the mobile app platform has emerged so rapidly over such a short period of time. Converser is addressing this challenge.

User feedback

An example of Converser at work is in user feedback on mobile apps. Today app publishers largely rely on observational tools, be that the excellent Flurry for mobile analytics, or the dreaded app store user reviews.

Neither allow the publisher to engage their users - especially early on when feedback is desperately needed on how to improve a nascent app. Given the majority of users abandon an app of apps soon after download, feedback is key to achieving the only thing that matters for a new startup - product/market fit.

We’re solving this with an integrated mobile SDK, API and backend that does something simple and valuable. It allows mobile app publishers to converse with users without ever leaving the app experience.

All in your mobile app, you can get your users to rate your app, complete polls, explore use cases, or even enter into a free-form chat. On your Converser dashboard you can see how your app rating is trending, user comments and ranking, and all your freeform conversations. You can tag comments (for example, ‘critical bug’), sort, and export your feedback. Converser talkback is free in beta and one of a long list of our two-way customer communications embedded in mobile apps.
